After the independence of Pakistan in 1947, the country inherited a long coastline along the Arabian Sea. Pakistan's first post-independence government recognized the importance of maritime trade and established the Karachi Port Trust in 1886, which remains Pakistan's largest and busiest port today. The government also invested in the development of the country's fishing industry, which became an important source of income for coastal communities.
In the 1960s, the Pakistani government launched the Makran Coastal Highway project, which connected the country's western coast with the rest of the country. The highway improved access to the country's ports and helped to promote trade and economic development along the coast. In the 1970s, the government established the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, which operates Pakistan's merchant marine fleet and promotes trade through maritime transport.
Today, Pakistan's coastal region remains an important center of economic activity, with ports like Karachi and Gwadar serving as important trade hubs. The country's fishing industry continues to be an important source of income for coastal communities, and the government is investing in the development of new ports and transportation infrastructure to further promote maritime trade and economic development along the coast.

Who Are We?
The brand is created and ran by a husband and wife couple. Sarah and Nabil both come from immigrant Pakistani parents who reside in the United States.
Sarah and Nabil personally design and curate the collections offered. To maintain the brand's integrity, trust, and personality, it is important that we identify who is behind the brand and your purchases.
Nabil is the cofounder of a globally recognized fashion label. Sarah is a content creator and creative who additionally hosts manifestation and meditation experiences.
Together, after the birth of their first child, Nassir, they created this brand in attempts to carry on the value, traditions, and importance of holding the history, language, and culture of Pakistan at the core of their new family's identity.
Their goal is to share this passion and mission with Pakistani-Americans alike with products that are designed in representation of or actually from Pakistan, and made available to The States.

"Souvenirs"- Clothing and accessories that are designed by our team. These products are generally printed/embroidered on sourced vendors for products, have frequent restocks, and are accessible. ie Graphic Tees
Special Editions- Clothing and accessories that are designed by our team with high attention to custom craftsmanship and quality. These products are usually limited in stock.
Novelties- Items that are new and may or may not be made in Pakistan, identifying with the culture of Pakistan. The description will identify its origin. These products can be restocked or offered again in different variations.
Vintage- Rare, old or used items from or related to Pakistan. These items are one of a kind with unique characteristics and historical or cultural significance.
